Functions

• Prepare and implement the annual academic calendar for all phases of the MBBS programme.
• Conduct theoretical, practical, clinical and community-based teaching for the MBBS programme.
• Conduct postgraduate education, training and continuing professional development programmes.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning through student feedback and academic quality assurance mechanisms.
• Organize faculty development and teacher training programmes.
• Promote and conduct research by faculty members and students.
• Publish the college journal, magazine and other academic publications.
• Organize sports, cultural, literary and other extracurricular activities.
• Implement the Integrity (Shuddhachar) Action Plan.
• Implement the E-Governance and Innovation Action Plan.
• Implement the Right to Information (RTI) Action Plan.
• Implement the Grievance Redress Action Plan.
